Quicksilver Smithy uses innovative 3D printing techniques alongside traditional design skills to create unique pieces of jewellery.
Our client was looking for branding which was more sleek and stand-out, just like their product. One of our logo concepts was a silver molten ‘Q’ design which had a fluid modern and unique look to counter the classic typography used for the brand name. This mixture of styles represented Quicksilver Smithy’s blending of traditional craft techniques with contemporary production methods. And our client loved it.
Once the design was finalised, we created business cards complementing the company’s new identity.
From this branding, we created the Quicksilver Smithy website. Banner images displaying the product and design methods were given most prominence in the design. A user-friendly layout was important too as, apart from bespoke Jewellery design, the client also wanted their website to advertise their other CAD design work for other companies, which included model prototyping and production services.
Our client wanted to be able to update the content regularly themselves so we created this website in WordPress to ensure flexibility and ease of use.
